What We Do

Inspection services built around your production timeline

From raw material to loaded container, we send a qualified inspector on-site and hand you a report with photographs, findings and a clear pass/fail recommendation.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final random sampling of finished goods before dispatch, checked against your specification sheet or approved sample.

Factory & Vendor Audit

On-site capability and process review of a supplier or factory before you commit to an order or a long-term contract.

Container Loading Supervision

An inspector present at loading to confirm quantity, packing condition and correct sealing before the container departs.

Raw Material Inspection

Incoming material checked at source or at the factory gate, so quality issues are caught before production begins.

During Production Check

A mid-run inspection once 20–40% of the order is complete, giving you time to correct issues before the full batch is made.

Third-Party Quality Assurance

An independent, unbiased inspection for buyers who need a neutral set of eyes between them and the supplier.

How It Works

A simple process, whether the site is next door or in another state.

Inspection Standard

Understanding AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit)

AQL is the sampling standard behind every inspection we run, so here's a quick look at how it works.

Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) is the sampling standard used across the garment industry to decide how many pieces from an order need to be checked, and how many defects can be found before a lot is rejected. Rather than opening every carton, our inspectors pull a statistically representative sample sized to your order quantity, and record every issue found against a set specification.

Findings are then classified as critical, major or minor, each with its own acceptance threshold agreed with you before the inspection begins — this keeps inspection time practical while still giving a reliable, industry-standard picture of the shipment. Most of our orders are inspected at General Level II, the sampling rigor used for the majority of shipments, though we adjust the level and defect classification to match your buyer's specific requirements.

Critical DefectsZero tolerance — any critical defect fails the lot
Major DefectsTypically inspected at AQL 1.5 or 2.5
Minor DefectsTypically inspected at AQL 4.0
General Level IIOur standard sampling level, unless your buyer specifies otherwise

Company Profile

Professional Garment Quality & Inspection Services

Who We Are

20+ Years of Hands-On Garment Industry Experience

With 20+ years of extensive experience in the garment industry, we provide professional third-party garment inspection, quality assurance, compliance audit, supplier assessment, quality training, and sourcing support services to brands, buying houses, importers, exporters, and garment manufacturers.

Our expertise has been developed through years of hands-on experience in garment manufacturing, quality management, production processes, factory inspections, compliance requirements, and premium customer inspections.

We understand that quality is not only about finding defects — it is about preventing problems, controlling processes, protecting brand standards, and ensuring on-time delivery with consistent quality. Our mission is to become a trusted quality partner for our clients by providing independent, transparent, and technically reliable inspection and quality-management services.

Our Core Services

Everything you need from sourcing to shipment

01 — Fabric Inspection

Fabric Inspection

Fabric is one of the most important components of a garment, and fabric defects can significantly affect final garment quality. Our fabric inspection service helps identify potential quality problems before the fabric is released for cutting and production.

  • Fabric appearance and visual defects
  • Holes, stains, oil marks, slubs and contamination
  • Shade variation and color consistency
  • Fabric width and GSM / weight verification
  • Bowing and skewness
  • Shrinkage and dimensional stability review, where required

Objective: identify fabric problems early and prevent defective material from entering production.

02 — Inline Quality Inspection

Inline Quality Inspection

Inline inspection is carried out during the production process to identify quality problems at an early stage. Our inspectors monitor garments at different production stages and check stitching quality, operation quality, measurement control, sewing defects, puckering, twisting, and correct use of approved trims and accessories.

Objective: control defects during production rather than finding them only at the final stage.

03 — Pre-Final Inspection

Pre-Final Inspection

A pre-final inspection is conducted when 50–60% of production is completed and before the goods are offered for final inspection or shipment — covering workmanship, major and repeated defects, measurements, appearance, finishing, labeling, packing and compliance with approved samples.

Objective: identify remaining quality risks and ensure the order is properly prepared before final approval.

04 — Final / Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final / Pre-Shipment Inspection

Carried out when production is completed and a significant quantity is fully packed or ready for shipment — covering random sampling per the agreed standard, workmanship, measurements, construction, labels, hangtags, packing, carton marking and quantity verification.

Objective: help customers make an informed decision before the goods leave the factory.

05 — Factory & Supplier Quality Assessment

Factory & Supplier Quality Assessment

Before placing an order with a new or existing supplier, our assessment evaluates factory infrastructure, production capacity, machinery, quality control systems, technical capability, sampling process and previous quality performance.

Objective: help customers select capable suppliers and reduce the risk of unsuitable factories.

06 — Compliance & Quality System Audits

Compliance & Quality System Audits

Our audits evaluate whether a factory has effective systems and controls in place, reviewing quality management structure, SOP implementation, defect control, corrective action, traceability and document control.

Objective: identify gaps in the factory's systems and provide practical recommendations for improvement.

07 — Garment Quality Training

Garment Quality Training

Training programs designed to improve the knowledge and practical skills of factory teams — inspectors, sewing operators, supervisors, and quality managers — covering defect identification, inspection methods, measurement techniques and root-cause analysis.

Objective: improve quality awareness so factory teams prevent defects instead of only correcting them later.

08 — Quality SOP Development & Implementation

Quality SOP Development & Implementation

We support factories in developing and implementing customized Quality SOPs — incoming material, fabric, cutting, inline and final inspection procedures, defect classification and corrective action systems — with practical guidance and team training.

Objective: establish a consistent and sustainable quality control system.

09 — Supplier Evaluation & Sourcing Support

Supplier Evaluation & Sourcing Support

We help customers identify suitable manufacturing partners — evaluating factory capabilities, product specialization, production capacity and quality systems, and conducting factory visits and assessments.

Objective: connect customers with suppliers that match their product, quality, capacity and business requirements.

10 — Production & Quality Monitoring

Production & Quality Monitoring

Instead of a single inspection, we monitor critical stages throughout production — production status, line loading, defect trends, bottlenecks and material availability — with regular reports on the actual factory situation.

Objective: identify risks early and support timely corrective action before they affect delivery or quality.

11 — Defect Analysis & Corrective Action Follow-up

Defect Analysis & Corrective Action Follow-up

Identifying defects is not enough — we analyse the possible root cause, review affected operations, evaluate machine, method, material and manpower-related issues, recommend corrective action, and follow up on effectiveness.

Objective: move from defect detection to defect prevention.

12 — Buyer Requirement & Quality Standard Implementation

Buyer Requirement & Quality Standard Implementation

Every buyer or brand may have different requirements for quality, measurements, testing, workmanship, labeling and packaging. We support factories in reviewing buyer quality manuals, approved samples and measurement specifications, and in training factory teams accordingly.

Objective: ensure buyer requirements are clearly understood and consistently implemented throughout production.

Our Experience

Our 20+ years of industry experience gives us a strong understanding of the complete garment manufacturing process — from fabric and cutting to sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment. We have extensive experience handling premium customer inspections and quality requirements, enabling us to understand the expectations of demanding international customers and brand standards.

Our Commitment

We focus on identifying the root cause of quality problems, implementing practical corrective actions, and supporting factories and suppliers in achieving sustainable quality improvement. Our objective is simple — Right Quality, Right Process, Right Delivery, Right Customer Satisfaction.

Loading Supervision

Container Loading Inspection — Key Checkpoints

Every container we supervise is checked against a standard set of checkpoints, from the empty container's condition to the final seal.

1. Container Condition

  • Check container number and seal number
  • Verify container is clean, dry and odor-free
  • Check for holes, cracks, leakage, rust or water marks
  • Check the floor and roof condition
  • Ensure there is no contamination, insects or foreign material
  • Confirm the container is suitable for garment shipment

2. Carton Quantity & Assortment

  • Verify total carton quantity against packing list
  • Check carton numbers and sequence, PO/style/color/size assortment
  • Randomly open cartons to verify contents against packing details
  • Check carton markings, shipping marks and barcodes
  • Load cartons according to the approved loading plan

3. Quantity Verification

  • Compare loaded cartons with the packing list
  • Record carton numbers during loading

4. Moisture & Damage Prevention

  • Check for wet cartons or moisture before loading
  • Use moisture protection where required
  • Ensure cartons are not loaded against a wet or contaminated surface

5. Final Container Check — Before Closing

  • Reconfirm container number and loaded carton quantity
  • Check that all required cartons are loaded
  • Take photographs of the loading condition, container number and seal
  • Close and seal the container in the presence of the responsible person
  • Record the final seal number

"We don't just inspect garments — we help build a stronger quality system."
